Grow Light Yield Estimator

Estimate indoor grow yield based on your light intensity, grow area, medium, and grow conditions. See low, mid, and high estimates with a breakdown of every yield factor.

Important: Yield estimates are based on typical grow conditions. Actual results vary significantly with genetics, plant health, training technique, nutrient management, and grower experience. Use these figures for planning purposes only.

How to maximise yield
->Increase DLI first. If your PPFD is below 600, adding more light is the single biggest yield lever. Each 100 umol increase in PPFD at 12h adds ~4.3 mol/m2/day to your DLI.
->CO2 only helps above 600 PPFD. CO2 enrichment has negligible effect below 600 umol/m2/s. Add CO2 after optimising light intensity.
->SCROG fills the canopy. Training plants to fill the entire net maximises light interception across the full grow area, directly converting more photons to yield.
->VPD management is critical. Maintaining optimal VPD (1.0-1.5 kPa in flower) keeps stomata open for CO2 uptake, directly increasing photosynthesis efficiency.
